Lawn Care Specialist Primary Responsibilities:
- Apply fertilizers, herbicides, insecticides, and other products to residential turfs and landscapes.
- Conduct thorough assessments of lawn care needs and recommend appropriate treatments.
- Utilize specialized equipment and techniques to ensure precise application and effective results.
- Provide exceptional customer service and address customer’s concerns with
professionalism and expertise. - Upsell current customers on needed services
Qualifications:
- Passion for working outdoors and a love for the environment.
- Previous experience in lawn care, landscaping, or related fields preferred but not required.
- Ability to work under extreme weather conditions, including heat and inclement weather.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship.
- Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude with customers and peers.
