I have rarely needed to utilize my warranty after having my home spot treated for dry wood termites but when the need arose, Raul was sent out to my home. I needed quick service as I was having some renovation work done and he went above and beyond to arrive quickly and put my fears to rest. He did a thorough inspection and even checked in my attic for extra piece of mind. I am really glad I chose Hoffer for my dry wood termites because they have continued to offer first rate service!

If I ever have an issue of sneaky ants finding a way in, one call to Hoffer and they come out and address the issue, no charge. Great company, reliable, responsive and honest!

Used Hoffer this past week to tent our home due to a termite issue. The initial inspector that came out was very knowledgeable, thorough and honest about our problem. He gave us some good advice and quoted us a price that was drastically less than another big name company. We had great communication from Michael who walked us step by step through the process. On the days of fumigation we were kept informed on what was going on and were back in our home in a timely fashion. I would recommend Hoffer again and again...very nice people, very professional.

Then Raul came 1st the other day, he gave us an inspection and identified some critters we were unfamiliar with and advised us on the proper course of action. (Problem Solved) Next came Kevin today, right on time and he took care of everything. We are sure that all will be well, and we will move on and Continue to see how this relationship develops. I'm sure it will be terrific. So far so good. I see nothing but the best to come as it's been. Keep up the good work. I would highly recommend Hoffer.

Hoffer successfully guided us through termite inspections, a tenting/ fumigation, and lots of ant invasions. I struggled with it for 2 years, but since I started working with them, I haven't seen anything in months. And they always tell me even if I see one I should call them right away. I definitely would recommended to anyone without a doubt.

I thought I had termites, my inspector checked the inside of house, attic and yard, and educated me on the difference of ants, termites, and the evidence they both leave behind. He was very thorough with his inspection. I actually went with Hoffer instead of Orkin, because I was so impressed with the inspectors inspection. Today was my first initial service, two techs showed up on time, we went through the formalities, and they went to work, paying special attention to all the hot spots. Even more impressive, my wife and daughter had questions, which they gladly answered, and one tech did a walk through in the bathroom with my daughter where she noticed problems. The tech had already serviced it, but had no problem with explaining what he did with her to fix the issue. Courteous,, professional, and happy to answer questions.

The reviews are great for a reason. This Company is always on their game. The pest issues stopped immediately and if I feel I need extra spraying some months, they come out immediately. Their customer service is amazing and the technicians are so knowledgeable. Today’s tech was Craig and he really listened to my concerns and paid extra attention to areas he felt needed it. It’s odd to rave about a pest control service but it’s one of those things that you know they are amazing if you don’t have to think about it. I strongly recommend this company!

Hoffer pest solutions finally helped us get rid of the ants we’d been trying to battle on our own for a year with no success. They also helped us get the plaster bag worms under control. We still get an occasional cockroach, but whenever we have a problem they are extremely responsive and take care of our concerns right away. We are very pleased with their service and highly recommend them.
